Project Description

• Live Defence Force base -observation of Defence Force protocol. • Native fauna restrictions/delays • Lack of effective mapping of existing services – poor record keeping of previous works undertaken

Scope of Works

Removal of demountable buildings
Disconnect and cap all services as documented servicing the buildings to be removed, including Satellite Dish and Septic tanks
Remove all foundations from buildings being removed as well as footpaths servicing buildings to be removed. Remove additional hardstand areas as documented. Remove additional screw pile footings as documented
Strip soil, grub out roots, fill voids and make level all areas under buildings being removed
Strip out vinyl flooring and joinery units
